As a customer, Stephen treated me with respect and as an individual. He was clear in his explanations of procedures and ensured my comfort throughout the consultation.
Stephen is an expert in his profession and absolutely the loveliest man to have looking after my hearing.
As a registered nurse I am more than aware of the professional standards that are expected of healthcare professionals. Stephen exceeds all expected standards in the most caring and professional way. His experience is obvious and expert knowledge is second to none.
